Just wait until he does an acoustic version of White, Discussion.

Eddie and The K's should tour w/ Richard Cheese and Lounge Against The Machine! Sad thing is, at this point Richard Cheese has far more talent.

I want to cry after trying to listen to the recording too, but first and foremost because of the awful audio quality.

What's up with that?

Ah, no, this wasn't acoustic, right? I guess I heard the band play along, Ed with acoustic guiitar. So in fact it's acoustic in a way the Distance and STD are performed now, so... not really acoustic, if you ask me. Even Shit Towne Ed solo(acoustic) would be better than with his.... coverband... *ahuhm* I mean band.

The show that the songs were taped from were performed with an acoustic trio.

It wasn't so much the acoustic aspect, it was the delivery of the vocals. Shit Towne has a distinct pissed off angst about it, and he doesn't remotely use that in it, which totally defeats the message behind the song. That's what is so upsetting for me. The acoustic version of Lakini's Juice I had heard was amazing, and we all know how damn good the White, Discussion was from Unplugged. There in lies the other aspect, the musical aspect of his "new" Shit Towne, didn't have any of the aggression behind the instruments, that Lakini's Juice, and White, Discussion had coming from Chad Taylor, Chad A. Gracey, and Pat Dahlheimer.

It isn't that it's acoustic, it's that he seems so damn happy that he lives down the street from crackheads.
