Fitting that the video would end with the RTTW video. It's almost like that was the beginning of the end for Live. I remember thinking that was going to be a big hit for Live (at least on par with Turn My Head) after they followed up TDC with it as a single. Unfortunately it wasn't (at least in the states) most likely due to crap like Limp Bizkit/Korn/Kid Rock getting big at the time. After that it was followed up surprisingly with TSUFL. You could almost see in the TSUFL video that that was the point where the started trying too hard to be someone else (party scene stuff).

Wow. Can someone send this to Ed please?

If i was rich, I would buy one of his 3 minute phone calls (not taking a shot at him here) and say hello Ed, would you mind listening to this? Seriously.........at some point, Ed will have to come back around and realize what he's missing.

Go back and read some of the old articles about Live when they first started. I see a lot of interesting parallels to TGF mantra, and how Ed changed over the years. The orginial 3 members of Live are in that same place it seems when it comes to making music. I find it very reassuring to see that what made Live a sensation, is not lost on C&C&P today. I do see all the weight in these news interviews regarding who Live is....and it was all 4, not just Ed. If Ed's going to win the lawsuit, these articles should make him settle out of court tomorrow. Nice that this site is still cranking and I haven't read these articles in a long time.

Wow, I haven't been on here in a while, and decided to stop by today. This is the first thread I read cause of the titlle, I thought they might have been reuniting, instead I see "The Story of LIVE" that I posted on my youtube page, oddly enough this thread started on my birthday. Alright I'm just sounding like a crazy person now.

Anyways this was one of my favorite documentary's ever made, being a big LIVE fan didn't hurt either.

How times have changed!

Live to me was always the soulful sounds of Pat's bass on TBD or Pillar of Davidson. Gracey's quiet lead up into chaos of Good Pain. CT's insanity and passion in Lakini's Juice. All while EK belted out his soul and aggression from a whisper to a growl.

Just listening to the first 3 albums today and became nostalgic.

You're right Aitkens...we could all easily substitute other songs and other parts of songs, however what they would ALL have in common are Patrick Dahlheimer, Chad Taylor, Ed Kowalczyk and Chad Gracey. They will ALWAYS be +Live+ and will NEVER be, without them all.
