I'd go insane with joy if they teamed up with Shinedown at some point. I know their guitarist is a big fan of TGF. But of course, they'd have to tour England with it - otherwise I'd go insane with sadness and despair.

I also like the idea of the Foo Fighters. If that were to happen, would be huge for CC&P - and richly deserved.

Hope it works out and they get the best out of whatever tour they do.

aint gonna be the SICK PUPPIES thats for sure!! lol.gif

Actually, I wouldn't mind that. Sick Puppies put on a pretty good show. Their best songs, sadly, will never make it on the radio.

sound fucking garden

Why? Chris Cornell is busy on an acoustic tour living off his songs of the past. He has no shame, he should really just stick to ONLY his solo work. Oh it was too easy lol.gif

QUOTE
Aping that mode, Cornell will appear at Town Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday (grumpy or not) armed with a lone acoustic guitar that requires no more amplification than it takes to fill the hall. He'll perform songs from his troika of mega-electric bands − Soundgarden, Audioslave, and Temple of the Dog − along with solo work that runs from his idea of a James Bond theme to a Michael Jackson cover ("Billie Jean").

I think a phone call to Cornell would be worth about 5x the phone call to Ed. He could rake it in!

Hope this doesn't interfere with TGF's fall tour plans. Candlebox have already added a ton of dates for the summer thru October.

As much as I love Candlebox I'd rather go see TGF right now.

Unless C-box has some new material...

I haven't been to the Candlebox shows yet for this tour, but they will be putting out an EP shortly so they might be playing a new song or 2. They did that before Into the Sun was released. You should go if there is a show near you, they put on a great show! Although I would rather go to TGF show now also.....soon enough!
