After the horrible things Chad Taylor said about Ed last year, the fact that he is willing to speak with Ed in July about a possible reunion makes it seem a bit fishy.

You say "horrible things" like they were unjustified and untrue when there's no hard proof either way. Ed's defense of "it was a mischaracterization LOL" is far from water tight.
Once again there could be any number of reasons CT may extend an olive branch to Ed. But just like your "this is the absolutely the only reason CCP want to get Live together!" logic then I suspect you have already convinced yourself that CT extending the olive branch to Ed being an admission of being wrong in the past is just stupid but expected. You really see things in extremes don't you? You don't like dealing with variables yeah? Everything must be an absolute. I don't understand why you want to see live back together either. It's clear you have disdain for the Chads and only sight economic reasons for wanting to see them together. Whatever makes Ed more money I guess is best thing!

Okay cool. I'm sure most people didn't know that(I certainly did not). Whether this dates were booked years in advance is definitely up to debate though.

The years in advance thing is highly debate-able, but we will never know how those contracts are structured. Given that every member of Candlebox is in another band at this point it seems unlikely that they would be paying someone to actively book shows for them.

Just to clear the air on the impending Bremang circle into oblivion:

I think enough has been written about the music of this era. We had our first “oh, shit, the band is going to break up” fight making the album. The fight interestingly enough was over publishing. Ed went as far as packing up his car to drive home and I though Chad Gracey would beat him down. Thankfully, cooler heads and a good negotiation prevailed and we finished the album.

I believe this is the said reference to what Di was talking about. This doesn't even seem open to a debate. It's pretty clear and concise.
