Should I have gotten my tickets in the mail by now? The show is just a lil over a week and I'm starting to freak out. WTF.

Did you get them from ticketbastard or FOL's presale? I got mine from FOL a few weeks ago. If you got them from ticketbastard, go and log in and look at 'my account' It will tell you the status, if they've been printed/mailed yet.

i couldnt make it to Starland and i NEED more than just my one show at Nokia on the 11th.

But I read that usually with GA tickets you don't get your tickets redeemed...wtf? Well they better give me my money back then. I can't believe this....I really really really am looking forward to this show especially seeing that they put Rattlesnake back in the setlist.

Did you get a confirmation number when you purchased the tickets or a receipt to print out? You can go to Will Call with either the receipt or the confimation number and hopefully get your tickets there.

If you got them through the FOL presale, they should have sent you an e-mail with a tracking # that you could use to track the status of your tickets online.

I bought mine through the presale and got my tracking e-mail yesterday. The ticket system that the presale goes through generally sends out the tickets two weeks before the date of the show, so it is not unusal not to receive the tickets until a week or so before the show begins.

If you went through ticketmaster, just contact them and they will tell you what to do. I have never had a problem with getting lost tickets replaced through ticketmaster (it has happened twice); this usually just means that your old tickets are invalidated and new tickets are held for you at Will Call at the show. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how this would work for GA tickets...

Well thanks everyone for the help....I did get them through Ticketdisaster, I looked up the info it said they were printed and mailed on 4/4 so obviously they got lost in the mail. I called them up today and I have to get vouchers at the will call box. So I still get to go woot! But now instead of being there early and having my tickets already I have to waste time going to the will-call. Oh well I can't wait.

Hey, here we go:

We ended up in the very corner on Pat's side, about 4 people back. I decided that since I always see the show from the Adam side, i wanted to watch Pat & Gracey for a change. The opening act was Michael Shapirro, I think. I got a little bored with him by the end, but as far as opening acts go, he was pretty good.

Live went on around 9:30 and they played til like 11:30. It was a fantastic set list and a very good show. The guys were rockin out, they were enjoying themselves and they goofed around a tiny bit with each other. The sound was perfect.

Rattlesnake was amazing, he even gave me chills when he whisper sang "Enui". I must say, that while I still don't like the new songs I heard live last night, they at least sound better live then they do on that frickin' cd. Ed sings them live in his normal voice and the entire band is heard in full so they don't sound so wussy. And there is a rockin' Taylor solo in Sophia. But I still dont like them and no one can make me! Oh, and in Wings, which I'm sorry, yuck, - there IS a very sweet Adam AND PATRICK round of backing vocals! I noticed the mike stand in front of Pat and I said to Jim, Pat didn't always have a mike did he?! But all night I got chills from the opposite end of the stage when I heard Adam - and Taylor also had his share of backing vocals too. I Walk the Line was beautiful, as was Mirror Song. Lakini and W, D ROCKED. Lakini rocked so much I was jumping around so much I forgot to look at Adam and the shaker! I was pissed at myself! At the end of Overcome, Ed held up his hands first 9 fingers, then 1 and 1 again and I thought that was a nice touch. At the end of Shittowne, Pat, Adam, Ed and Taylor were all lined up next to each other playing. All of them put the guitar out in front of them pointing at the crowd except for Adam. When he saw waht everyone else was doing, he quickly did it too and Patrick lost it laughing at him. Pat not only looked great, he also looked like he was having a great time. Ed told the crowd at the end they'd be back in the fall and that they promised not to destroy themselves on the tour and ended with a beautiful Dance with You.

I hope Chookie was able to hear his concert calls during Lakini and Mirror Song

That last show I saw (in Bmore last year) sucked for me and I was afraid that they lost it. They might have lost me on the new CD but I was glad to see the band I knew before up there in front of me last night.

i could barely make out that it was Lakini's Juice, but when you called during Mirror Song, i understood every single word and it sounded amazing! i really wish i could have seen that...i'm glad you had a great time, and thanks for the calls and texts!
