OSX should be able to play AVI files (depending on what codec tst4eko used). If you have issues playing it, download VLC Media Player (OSX version) from http://www.videolan.org/vlc

The type of computer you have (PC or Mac) has no bearing on how fast you can download from bitTorrent. The bottleneck is the number of users seeding and downloading the file and the speed of your internet connection.

Thanks much!! There are only 2 people seeding right now. I have TW cable, it's fast and I have a new mac, which is pretty fast too. I'm going to try the avi version. Thanks for the link too, I will try it!!

I can't figure this out. I downloaded the avi files and can't open them. They say zip files but don't look like them, they are white and when I click or right click to unzip they do nothing.

Anybody have any ideas on what to do? I'm on a mac and really don't have access to a PC right now, my other laptop is broken.

I don't know anything about Macs, but try downloading this unzipping program for OSX

http://www.stuffit.com/mac-expander.html

Then use the above program to open the zip file.

Some instructions are here:

This zip archive was made with 7zip. I had it split up the whole file into 199MB chunks. You should only have to try to unzip the "001" part. It should then re-assemble the whole file from the other parts.

Yes, that's what it did. Thanks guys, had to download 2 programs to watch it. I love my mac, but what a job just to get it to play. It did and it was awesome!! Thanks for the taping! Your work is great!

can I get it on one dvd,

You need a dual layer DVD (ie. DVD9) - Then burn it as usual. ImgBurn is a good app to use to burn dual layered discs, but Nero should be fine too.

You can compress the DVD so that it fits onto a single layered DVD disc (DVD5) but you will lose picture quality. There's a program called DVDShrink that will do this for you and keep the menus too.

or how do I burn it to two?

You can re-author the disc and split it onto two DVD5 discs with DVDShrink, but you'll lose the menus. There are other applications that can keep the menus but it requires some knowledge.

I would recommend just buying a DVD9 disc. They only cost a couple of dollars and you'll be watching the show in the best possible way.
