I just read this whole thread again. Quite sad to see how it went from those early singns in the June and July shows to where we are now. Live is and was not a band that would leave the fans WITHOUT doing a farewell tour or at least a proper goodbye show. Guess I was wrong about that.

I have to give cedits to Nick tho, for being so sure so early that the end was near!

I don't think LIVE is over. I've seen lots of bands say they would never play again and then years later, they change their minds.

My prediction (or maybe hope is the better term) :

TGF make several albums and tour and have a blast.

Ed K does the same.

Time brings perspective and humility to Ed and he reaches out to make amends with his friends of 30 + years.

2015 - LIVE returns.

Hey, let's not forget what the Eagles comeback DVD was called. It can happen!

No doubt OTD, all the guys feelings are still very hurt. It's still fresh. Ed is still an egomaniac as well.

Ed could have done so much damage that the relationships are beyond repair but I'm holding out hope that isn't the case.

If all four guys are healthy, I can see a reunion tour happening at some point. It would be great for the fans and their bank accounts. Hell, they might even enjoy it!

Nick, no offense, but the only way is time, restitution and healing. They're having 1000% more fun now than since way before TDTH. Sorry but that's not only how I see it, but I know it first hand.

If things were made right, and it's a 4/4 effort, I can see it happening.

If that reunion will ever happen, the most important thing needed is TIME.

First, Ed has to put his huge ass EGO in the fridge. Then after a long time if they other guys see Ed is back to his old self, there can be a reunion. Perhaps.

I saw Pat D. at the York, Pa Best Buy yesterday. He was with his wife and looked as happy as ever.

Of course he is happy, for the last year his talent and musicianship has existed and can be heard again. It's been far too long for him.
