O lord. How many of you are smoking crack when you post. SFBM better sonically!!!!! happy.gif happy.gif happy.gif happy.gif

Yeap, it is. MJ is very pre-mature, it needs loud guitars and Ed's current voice (or TC and SS era voice) to be great. The biggest problem with MJ is not the sound but Ed's voice, it is so annoying in some places. By the way, i have never tried crack, how is it?

Orange Crush? ARE YOU SERIOUS? MY GOD!!!!!!

How about you bum some of Beau's crack off of him when you're done yours! laugh.gif

You just can't hear the similarities because of the crack... you appear to have your own head stuck up yours. Can you breathe up there?

It's impossible to predict where Live is going because every album is different than the last. I doubt anyone could have predicted an album like V in Live's discography--rap rock with self-references; you'd have thought I was high to even suggest it.

But, since you're asking, here is my prediction: Ed will release a solo record. SFBM sounds like a solo record as it is; the bass is nearly inaudible and the drums are muted.

Barring that, I'd say their next record is going to be closer to BOP.

Seems like BOP & SFBM are both essentially solo albums. Ed wrote almost all the material on BOP & all of it on SFBM. The songs CT helped pen on BOP are the best. Don't get me wrong, I still like 'em, but these days it seems like it's Ed featuring Live. HOWEVER, they are still incredible in concert!

All band grow and mutate into biggerand better bands as they get older.
it is necessary to do this or they become stale.
look at bands like the WHO and the Doors.
the doors specifically were all but washed up after soft paraide but pulled together and released Morrison Hotel by far their best album ever.
So it is natural that LIVE will continue to make great music as long as we grow with them.

an earlier post said that they didn't mind the "mommas" in "show" ......

where in that song does ed say "momma"? if it's what i'm thinking, he's not saying "momma", he's saying "darlin'"

i agree....as much as i love ed i think he may need to give the other guys a chance cuz when they help they make some of the best fucking songs live has...(like 'run to the water).....even though i doubt they will i hope live goes back to their old roots and actually have some ROCK in their songs instead of this love the world pop stuff we here now....dont get me wrong i like sfbm and bop but i would never choose it against tc, ss, or tdth...absoloutely not!!.....cant say that mj is my favorite though....ed's voice is too weird sounding....it does have some great lyrics though!!
