Thanks for the review, Steve!

What I can not get is how the people in the crowd remain standing serenely watching the band! Where is the crowd-surfing, stage diving, moshing or at least jumping? smile.gif

That usually comes with people being more familiar with the band + a younger audience too. I'm guessing the majority of the audience grew up with the 2 bands that formed TGF and are slightly older and probably over moshing. If they catch on with a new generation I'm sure we'll see it. That and TGF have a big of substance to them, they're not mindless rock .. they're musicians, so sometimes I think it probably pays to actually stand and really pay attention to the music on stage and take it in rather than throwing yourself around and having attention elsewhere (like not getting hurt/hurting others tongue.gif ).

The front porch version of Nothin' But Love is killer. Hadn't heard that before.

Yeah, I heard it in dallas and I wished I had recorded that instead of troy.

Told you guys all this already.

When they were here, it was the best live show I've probably ever witnessed. There aren't even words to describe it. I was left saying holy fuck a few times.

Kevins voice on stage is amongst the best I've ever, or ever will hear. Hennesey is a fucking beast on guitar and amongst it all you've got chad stomping and graceys sticks flying everywhere.

Try taking a step back a few times, on songs like Honest man and All I Hear and try to see everything with your peripherals....take it all in as a whole. It's utterly fucking monstrous and adrenaline thumping, crush your fucking face rock.

Don't care what this band sells or who goes to see it. This band is the fucking shit. Monsters, even over giants like Metallica and Gnr. Told you all about this record a long fucking time ago.....wasn't wrong in the least now was I?

Guilty Fever is a fucking giant ogre in concert!! BOOM!

All I Hear is a so-so song for me on the album, but played live, it takes on a whole new feeling. Especially during the bridge when watching Kevin sing it. I think he screams those parts better live then on the album. I like the song more now, simply because of seeing it live. It's kind of weird!

The recording is great. Any chance you can make it to the Chameleon Club on Saturday and produce a recording of that show? I'd be willing to donate smile.gif

I've finally got the time to listen to the full show. Wow, that really was a fantastic show and the recording matches the quality of the performance. Props to you Dewey - I'm glad you're putting in the effort to tape The Gracious Few.
