I recieved an email from Newbury on the 9th of September stating they had shipped the album. That's over 1 month ago now.

So far there are 4 of us in Australia who haven't received the album who all ordered it from Newbury Comics.

Jayda has ordered from this company in the past and she has stated that it's taken around a month to arrive so this delay with the TGF album is nothing new. In my opinion Newbury Comics should choose a faster postage method. Shipping was US $6.99 which is about the same price as Amazon. Amazon CDs (shipped from the US) have never taken this long.

Damn, I thought the shipping to Russia only had this kind of issues...

The band could at least let their management know about that and the management could contact Newbury... maybe...

All who ordered from Newbury in Australia get the Auotographed CD, a limited edition T-shirt, a Zippo lighter and a meet & greet to their Aussie shows! What do you reckon? That should fix it.

If I remember rightly, stuff from Newbury comes to Australia via NZ. It always has a NZ postmark on it.

They are using some sort of service that keeps the price down for them. They shit me - they shouldn't advertise something that is quoted as an 'expedited' service when it clearly isn't. Tomorrow is 6 weeks.

Has anyone tried emailing Newbury? They answered my first email and that's it. Deadshits.

I emailed Newbury last night asking for a refund and am apparently getting it but will believe it when I see it:
