Again, sincerest thanks to everyone that has taken the time to listen to The Gracious Few, like it or not we are stoked that you would all take the time to do so.

Hope that clears a few things up!

All the best and see you soon,

Man, he has got to be embarassed.

??? I'm not embarrased about anything. I stand by what I said in the time and context in which I said it.

I'm not going to rehash this over and over. I've gone over it with Kevin and made my peace. All is well.

On a side note - I don't see anyone else being personally addressed by Kevin on the boards, or being mentioned to other fans at concerts to say that everything is cool, so I'm fine.

He's a cool guy in my book!

Kevin, First : I LOVE your voice and I LOVE The gracious Few!

I really loved the new Pure rock music!

I think a lot of people can't let go of Live yet,
but they will after listening to the great album The Gracious Few have made! I just takes some time.

I see The Gracious Few as a new chapter and I hear honest music straight from your hearts. Love it! Also was very suprised you played a cover of It's no good from Depeche Mode (my second fav. band, by the way...). I saw the video on Youtube and blow my mind!! thumbsup.gif

Now, Pleeeeeaaaaaassssseeee come to Holland!!!!!! whistle.gif

I want to extend my heart-fealt thanks to those who posted a message to me and those who sent me a PM about staying around the boards. I'm sorry that I flaked out. I started to feel like maybe my level of involvement with the band and this message bard was getting to be too much, and Kevin's message put me over the top. I am getting older and have a pretty rewarding family, professional and personal life, and I suddenly wondered whether I have gone off the deep end traveling hours to concerts, obsessing over the news, information and rumors, and feeling the desire to curse out a high school gym teacher on a daily basis for insulting my favorite band. It suddenly became embarrassing when the place I have been obsessing over was labeled by a rock band singer as "high school".

Whatever, I'm over it. I can't wait to see some concerts and report back to you all. There may be some photos to share too.

Playing a big charity poker tounament tonite at my local bar. The DJ always plays Lakinis Juice for me when I play along with other various LIVE songs. So tonight he will be debuting some TGF songs for me during his shift! What songs should I have him play? I am thinking Honest Man and Crying Time.

So he played Honest Man, Crying Time, and Appetite and all three got good review from the people in the bar. Everyone I talked too were all LIVE fans at one time and after hearing TGF they were all like WOW! What happen to these guys? Why didnt they play this 10 years ago? I had to explain Ed's hijacking of the band and everyone was like yeah that seems to happen alot! They were all in approval of TGF. Especially the dj, he was like bring this CD back, I will play more! Honest man got the best reception! thumbsup.gif

... the dj, even played Lakinis Juice after Appetite to remind people who TGF was!
