The album failed to chart in the Netherlands or Belgium in its first week of release.

Nick, you are the most ignorant asshole that I've ever had the unfortunate privilege of being associated with. One day I hope to meet you, so that I might take out my frustrations, however it will be a day that you shouldn't look forward to.

The album has not even been out an entire week yet, and still you bring up 2 countries that really nobody gives a shit about. We all know why you picked them, but nobody gives a damn either way. The music speaks for itself.

The reason why Holland and Belgium were chosen is because they're the only two countries where figures have been collated (since they were the first countries that recieved the album).

Next week, there will be chart results for the USA.

I don't see a problem with tracking the chart performance of an album.

That's not true. It was #166 after it's first official week. I'm not sure where that 77 sales number came from on the chart you provided, but it's completely illogical for an album to have 77 sales the 1st week of release and over 3,000 the 2nd week after release unless a single suddenly takes off which didn't in this case. Most "hardcore" fans purchase the album during the 1st week. Maybe some stores were selling the album before the actual release date, I don't know.

Anyways, time to listen to TGF album that I just got in the mail...

I am sure you mean that you want to give him a verbal assault to take out your frustrations. Right?

You and Nick can have your disagreements and discuss it. I'm not a moderator or anyone to try to get between you as you state your opinions.

However......... I would caution you that in this day of crazy things happening around the world that one needs to be careful what they post. People have been wrongly accused when bad things have happened due to a quick post they might have made out of frustration, etc. Words written on the internet can sometimes come back to haunt you.

Agree...... I would actually like to see more information available on cd sales and chart placements for both TGF and Ed.

I don't get this. Are you the only one allowed to post news/sales figures on TGF? If it's because Nick doesn't like TGF, then many people shouldn't be posting on Ed's threads. Btw, I don't care if people do...it's everyone's right to post wherever they want.

There was an explanation on those number in another thread. Dangum found out what the middle numbers in that graphic meant. I guarantee, that TGF sold more than 3000 cd's in the first week in the US.

My problem with this thread is that I doubt he would have started it if TGF had charted well, and that Nick has stated numerous times that he doesn't care about TGF. Yet, here he is researching and posting charts about the band.

If he isn't trying to start something then I apologize, but given his history I kind of doubt it.
