It bothers you when someone "put's down" Ed? You're well beyond being an Ed FAN, I'm seriously curious if you don't have some sort of pathological affliction. I mean, to be bothered because someone, who cares about Live's music and the other members of the band puts done the 4th, and ex-member, of the band who is in fact no one that you actually know.

This is very true. Nick kind of reminds me of that "LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE" dude/chick on Youtube sometimes when it comes to his Ed obsession.

To be honest, I don't care about TGF. I just get annoyed when TGF band members and fans put down Ed.

For not caring much about TGF you sure spend a significant portion of your life posting in the TGF forum. Why don't you go back to the Ed forum where you can express your man love for him.

At 11am, my local Best Buy was out of copies. Fail #1 for me. At 5:00 PM, I finally had a chance to run to Target. Out of copies. Finally I called FYE, they had 4 left, but had 2 of them reserved. So I ran in and finally picked up a copy.

Here was the exchange at the counter with the FYE girl...

Me: "Yeah, I just called about The Gracious Few, about 10 minutes ago.
FYE girl: "Right here, we sat one aside for you. We've had a couple calls about this cd today. This is the Live guys right?"
Me: "Yeah, its the better part of Live."
FYE girl: "Did you pick up that Ed guys cd?"
Me: "No, hahaha. Soft rock with jesus isn't my thing."
-Then I saw that she had a large cross around her neck...
FYE girl: "Oh." "Well is this everything?"
Me: "Yeah."

Then I paid and left, while laughing on the inside.

A bit back on topic, but Closer is not 'Single of the Week' for iTunes here in Canada....sucks to be the northern neighbour, I guess (but at least we have free health care, but is that a fair trade-off?).

I've had an ass of a time trying to get a hold of a CD up near Mechanicsburg. Looks like I may just have to settle for my Amazon download until the autographed copy arrives later this week.

As much as it sucked having to stop in at stores and get denied, and then calling around to find a copy, it's refreshing to know that stores are selling through their quantities. That's a great sign, even if it did piss me off and waste half of my day.
