Live's worst song is hands down is Run Away. It's ok but not nearly as good as their other stuff. The stuff off of four songs isn't that great either.

Heaven wore a shirt is awesome! Half of those songs on there are on other albums too... Good pain is great. There are worse things than Run away on BoP. How about Life marches on? I'm also not fond of The sanctity of dreams but I can tolerate it...

I don't even wanna bring SFBM into this but I'm curious, Did you buy that album?

Lol yep. I actually like it a lot. I'm in the minority again. It's my 2nd least favorite album behind Birds of Pray though. The only reason Birds of Pray is my least favorite is because of Run Away, the only song by them I don't like. 4 songs grew on me a lot. Sorry to worry you about that. smile.gif

Not a huge fan, but I do dig Savior For A Day!

I love DOAD. It's a bit poppy but that's cool with me.

yes, it's an old thread, but that's what noobs reply to!

Everyone here brought up some good nominees, and I agree with some of them. "OK?" is bad, "Heaven Wore a Shirt" is repetitively bad, and "Call Me a Fool" is um, differently bad.

But the one song that I have never liked and almost always skip is "Stage". Was he really a "rock n roll messiah"?! Not in my opinion. It is the one song I don't like on the otherwise brilliant Throwing Copper. Replace it with "Negation", and TC becomes that much better.

Does anyone also dislike "Stage"?

Bring The People Together,Home, You Are Not Alone, All I Need, Call Me A Fool, OK?, ....... anyone seeing a pattern here? Anything Ed wrote after TDTH that he didnt even consider the rest of the band with really!

... a little of subject but it would have been a LIVE song Im sure if they would had stayed together. Just In Time and the lyrics of In Your Light have to be an all time worst for Ed's material! omg.gif

For me it's You Are Not Alone and it's not really close. Imagine gathering all your friends around, telling them that Live is your favorite band, and then playing that song in front of all of them. I would die.

Although I couldn't really argue with Get Ready, Home, Love Shines, or the River.

V is weird and terrible at times and lyrically kind of awful but kicks the piss out of 90% of SFBM.

Anyone that says Horse sucks, please STFU and GTFO.

Actually, Stage and White Discusiion are probably my most favorite LIVE songs. Stage flat out rocks and the bassline is off the charts. Ever try and just listen to the bass, or drums on that song? Replacing that song on TC is utterly asinine in my opinion. The record was perfect and nothing needed replacing. Stage flat out rocked, couldn't disagree with you more.
