TGF target audience = men, ages 18+. Yeah featuring it all fall on ESPN during NCAA Football is a massive fucking win.

If I were to pick one for EK, it would likely be the Lifetime Network, or the Logo Network, or the Oxygen Network. Anyone see the pattern here?

Yeah I came on to comment on that. Nick, if you think you get beaten down a lot now, keep it up.

Good for them, did anyone hear the song?

That still doesn't change the fact that TGF have yet to hit 15,000 fans, when their Drive for 25,000 ends in 2 days.

Nick you are on www.urbandictionary.com.......

Tooley O' Douche

Tooley O' Douche; n; Tool-E Oh-Doosh A Tooley O' Douche is a person who has the characteristics of a douchebag. Usually a nerd, usually in band, usually wears jean shorts. Nobody wants to be around a Tooley O' Douche. This Tooley O' Douche usually is in denial about being his Tooley O' Douchness and often tries to sound/look cooler than he is. It doesn't work.

Heard it on the highlight show. Is this all you have sir?

And if they don't reach it, they are failures right? I understand it's a war for you. Let me tell you a little story from today.....Someone told me they expected Ed's solo disc to be a little more rocking than what he said it was going to be. "too mellow" was the term. And what he heard from TGF's disc was pure rock n roll and no bs.

Surprised you haven't dropped your panties and taken a shit on the street team thread. Mind you they already have 67 members since they asked folks to sign up only a day ago. And a lot of Europeans.

They set themselves up for failure by gunning for 25,000 fans in a short period of time. Chad T. was touting a huge promotion that fell flat. It was just a poor decision.

It is easy to get members to sign up for a Street Team, it is another thing to actually get them to work. That said, Fancorps sounds pretty interesting, let's hope it works for well for them.

As someone who uses Facebook and Twitter professionally for advertising, I think it would have been a far bigger failure if they had advertised it extensively and put a lot of money into it. Instead there was what, one note and a status from CT? That isn't really much of a promotion. So yeah, it wasn't successful, but they didn't lose anything in the process.

I imagine the Facebook numbers will climb as the band tours, begins promoting the single again, and the album begins to circulate. That is what happened with Ed and it makes sense that it would happen here too. It is hard to build anything promotion-wise without a tangible product.

But that's the rub, you call it failure. Nobody set themselves up for.that. it.wasn't an ultimatum. People are clamoring for the record......people are.asking for.vynil. who is really failing when a record is rushed to consumers and no one buys it?

If they put Closer up on rockband I'm probably going to die of a heart attack or internal hemorrhaging because my ass was kicked so hard by such an awesome song.

Nick, please don't make it sound like you want TGF to do well. You absolutely make it obvious that you want nothing more than for them to fail on all fronts.
