Has anyone heard this new version of Overcome performed at the recent Bavaria Open Air?

Check out this YouTube video, ... fast forward it to 1:50

Then listen to Beyonce's Halo..

And of course, Kelly Clarkson's Already Done.. I mean Already Gone..

Yeah this one of the few things Ed has seem to do right lately. I do like this version. Very good way to close out a concert!

I moved ahead to 1:50 and heard a sound like a dying hyena, but then I realized it was Ed's ridiculous falsetto.

That's one "ridiculous falsetto" I continue to pay money to hear. Either on cd or at a live show.

I enjoyed this. Thanks for sharing. Overcome has always been a favorite of mine and I enjoyed this slightly different version from all I've heard in the past.

Saw him performing the new Overcome version again last night. It was a really good and nice change, although I have to say that in the version on LATP you can hear better how much of a class singer he is.

Bavaria eh? After hearing how unbelievably gay he sounds throughout that entire song, I'm sure he got a Bavarian cream filling that night.
