I'm surprised there's not a lot of love for Simple Creed. One of the more "rocking out" songs Live put out ...

Lots of cool choices............

FTQRR and IATHITU and Unsheathed and Where Fishes Go should all have been included in my just missed list.

I was actually thinking about doing another topic about the music from V.

Just about all the songs are really, really good musically but the lyrics ruin a lot of the songs for me and keep me from having them higher on my list.


Transmit Your Love especially........the breakdown when Ed is singing "Tell your leaders love is in town".....insanely good!!!!!! Chad T goes nuts and Gracey and Pat are excellant as always. But lyrically the song is just stupid. The riff on Simple Creed rocks.....not crazy about the chorus though. Like a Soldier is pretty cool but contains the immortal lyric" wrote a song so good it made a midget grow". Wow, Ed way to many drugs in those days.
Deep Enough (lyrically the worst thing Ed has ever written by far) is still very interesting musically. I'd love to have an instrumental version of V.

Nick would hardly knwo half of the songs listed in this thread.

Anyway, I am not doing it. It is impossible for me. My fave and #1 has been PLOTR for like 7 years and all the other songs without any exceptions are my faves.
