In direct response to your baseless reply to Sonic.

Hey, don't go crying to mommy because your arguements and statements are baseless.

I agree, it is getting old.

Nick, no one said anything bad about church.

OTD, his name is Nick, not "Mr. Asshat." That would be a really unfortunate last name.

I can name a lot of Christian bands and I think church is a huge waste of time, so, eh... I dunno.

If Ed wants to be a Christian artist he should really just go for it I think. His lyrics are far more obvious than the artists who toe the line (Switchfoot, etc.)

It is getting old, but so long as he keeps gloating about the most modest of achievements or is just outright pulling shit out of his ass like that TGF being thankful to Ed for any success in Europe, he's gonna keep rubbing people the wrong way and it'll just go on and on ... the fact that he's not trolling and is just genuinely an idiot is what drives it I think. If he really was doing it to get a rouse I think it'd have run it's course by now.

anyways.

Without turning this into any kind of religious debate (god knows we had enough of them with gotigrz that were about as productive as arguing with Ned), I don't have a problem with Ed peddling his music to Christian radio, I mean, it is Christian music so that makes sense. I don't think him having success there is all that impressive, but whatever.
So long as he doesn't rerecord classic Live songs and give them a Christian-spin and then try to get them into Christian charts or something.

I have no issue with what Ed does with his solo career. Tired of having to 'whack-a-nick', but he keep picking his own scabs in all these threads.

The more Ed relies on his past songs to promote his future new self, uber fail man. There is nothing new, nothing fresh. It's his choice and so be it.

I was just responding to the below comment:

It's probably Ed Kowalczyk and a bunch of people you've never heard of on that chart unless you go to church every week.

Maybe you should stop spamming Ed threads, and go back to the TGF side of things?

Nick, I think it would be really good for this forum if you stopped posting here. It was a great step in the right direction when you sold your portion of the site.

All you do, intentional or not, is cause the fan base to go against each other. You have your Ed fan Facebook page, maybe you should stick with that. No one here cares that Ed charted 27th on a fairly irrelevant chart. All that will happen is you getting flamed for posting something that doesn't matter, and you get all defensive about it.

Also, have you noticed no one has actually cared to reply positively towards the initial post?

Ed charting 27th on this particular chart is like someone telling their friends they masturbated the night before.. You're not going to get much of a reaction except "..."

This is all hilarious reading. Everyone here must either be gluttens for punishment or are just having fun.

SJN1279 = TROLL!!!!!

Ok, I know we're all much too smart to fall into his trap, so we MUST just be having fun. Just the title of "Grace on Christian Rock Chart" is hilarious!

There are fans who want to hear Ed news on this board, but are afraid to post because of the constant flaming. If certain other members don't care to read about Ed, they can stick to the TGF threads or post on The Gracious Fans.

I come here for news, good or bad, but this is hardly worth talking positively about. If you think otherwise, then you are on another planet.

Also, if you already know that fans of Ed who come to this board don't post because of the flaming, why bother posting thew news in the first place and subject them to the torment? I don't get it. If you recognize it, yet continue to post and see this response, why keep doing it? Seems pretty counter-productive to the fan base to me.

Since the flaming clearly drives you bonkers, why not post this sort of irrelevant news where people cannot respond and flame it?

If certain Gracious Few fans don't like Ed Kowalczyk or myself for that matter, why even bother to post in threads that have nothing to do with TGF?

I also find it funny that certain fans bitch about me, and complain that they don't want to post on a board that I run or am apart of. Yet even after they convince someone new to open a new board at his own expense, they still can't let FansofLive go. I feel bad that some of you convinced Z-Man to spend the money on creating a new site, one that is basically a ghost town compared to FansofLive.

If you want an Eddie K free zone, go to the Gracious Fans. This board represents all of Live, whether you like it or not.
