OK, so I always thought Eds music was great (I like Alive as I think Eds voice is what i liked about Live) however this song is awesome. The other TGF songs IMHO have the instruments turned up a tiny bit too much.

This song should be a hit.

OMG this song is so awesome! I listened to it two days ago and had to put it aside to see if I still liked it the same today and I like it even more! This song has so much radio potential! It does need to be cut down to a radio edit but that wouldnt be that hard to do. It reminds me of like a Guns N Roses November Rain song or something from that era. I thinkit would win over alot of people once they found out who was singing it! Please release this as a single TGF!

I absolutely love this song, it's my favorite so far. I think this song would have great potential as a single. At first listen people might not think too much of it, but after hearing it a couple times I think it would grow on them dramatically. To me it seems like it would be a slow climber on the charts but would eventually go high.

But I really don't care about the charts, I'm just glad they are making great music.

Does anyone know who is singing in the backing vocals right after the bridge (approx. 4 mins). Is it Kevin??? I realize its not Chris Cornell, but it sounds alot like him!!

It's been a few months, but I'm pretty sure it was CT doing the backing vocals at the Fat Daddy's show.

He is talking about the high part, that is Kevin.

Roberto if you like that then you'll like a lot of Kevin's stuff, that type of vocal is pretty common for him.

"A breath of fresh air" and the sort are most popular comments under the Cryin Time audio and Honest Man video that I posted on the Russian Facebook, at Vkontakte.ru

Wam, this proves my point I made to Nick in the Alive thread that people who like Rock Music and something fresh, will be the ones checking out TGF and buying. Not simply Live & CBox fans. The fact that it's not either band and something new altogether is the key.

Sirius Radio hits 1 wouldn't touch this song with a 1000 foot pole. I actually sent Crying Time to one of my radio friends who works for a huge station in NYC and asked her honest opinion about the song and this was her response:

I thought I was going to like the song, love the lyrics but it's kind of boring. I was waiting for the hook to be great and it's just not. The song needs to build or do something but it just stays the same and bores me.

She is very knowledgeable about her music and almost honest to a fault. She ripped apart SFBM for me when it came out knowing full well I was a huge fan. Just because you really like a song does not mean it will be a big radio hit.

You "sent" Crying Time to someone? Why would you need to do that? She not have internet connection?
