‎(Ed K.) The special edition DVD movie included with "Alive" in Europe is now available as a digital download on my website! Also, the two bonus tracks are available individually as downloads (click on "Alive" CD). :-) $14.99
So this confirms it for me. I have to assume this was planned all along. The bonus tracks are a total money grab because I can order the CD again, get the tracks, some interviews, and the Grace video if I purchase the album again and add $5 plus shipping.

This should have been availible when the album was up for presale. BS Ed - total BS!

The way I understand it (and correct me if I'm wrong) is that if you pre-ordered the physical CD album from Ed, you can now download the 2 bonus tracks for free...

Also, you can now just buy the bonus DVD video (4 acoustic performances [Ed + Ramy], Grace video plus the bonus tracks audio) separately for $5.99

Additionally, if you just want the 2 bonus tracks, you can buy them for 99 cents each.

Sounds alright to me.

Hoodstock, you bought it off his website right? According his newsletter e-mail yesterday, it's free for you then.

I don't know about a physical bonus DVD. As far as I know it was only released in Europe. I purchased a copy from Amazon.co.uk which came with a CD + DVD. But you can download these tracks from Ed's site (500 megabyte download)
