Nick I tried hard to see you in the crowd of 30 people. Where are you hiding? Are you in the phantom shady acres?

He's there with his 400 imaginary friends...

Hey Nick, care to comment on the gazillion page thread on Taylor's heartpouring of the Live vault and story of how they basically were done after V & BOP?

Keep up the fight man but really all Ed is doing is rearanging chairs on a sinking ship! This show was so lifeless it was pathetic from what I can see on this video. I dont understand how he can be happy doing this. His solo acoustic shows blow his full rock band shows away. How is that?

I think it's because his band do exactly what he wants them to, stand in the back and take as little attention away from him as possible unless he bestowes it upon them. God help us if Ed discovers how to clone himself..

Don't be silly, according to Nick anything CT has to say is like watching paint dry apparently. Almost his exact words.
How anyone, regardless of their choice of favorite band now can not find CT's blog a fascinating read is beyond me.

Listen, if this is Ed's spiritual center.........so be it. He can go work in his garden and play at coffeehouses for pennies. Why bother with a solo career which to me looks as if it wont amount to much.

If his best work was never ever heard because he didn't have the balls to stick up for it, then wow.

I think Chad Taylor should learn to keep certain things to himself. Opening up to strangers on the internet is never a smart thing.

The NYC city was a lot of fun. Being 100 plus degrees and a free show, the crowd was fine. The NYC afterwork crowd isn't a wild one before the alcohol, and this show was clearly before the alcohol. smile.gif

I do attest that there was a few hundred people there as well.

So you don't approve of any band's autobiography or anything like that do you? Because esentially it's the exact same thing in a more condensed fashion and he didn't charge for it. Is this simply because he said some things about Ed in there which rubbed you the wrong way? Even though there were plenty of really complimentry things said about Ed too?

You're a complete idiot. I guess people aren't allowed to express their feelings, at least not if it puts dear old Eddie in a negative light. By the way, Taylor's response actually helped take some of the dirt off of Ed. Granted there's a ton of dirt on Ed, but it took some of it off.

Chad gave plenty of praise to Ed, but we also got to hear the dirty little doings of the rotten dynamics didn't we. Yeah the ugly stuff....for free. Nick, stop your politically correct grandstanding........oh wait.....Is it election day yet? Why can't you even give an opinion on the inner workings of the songs.......why? Because youre a __________ fraud, not a real fan of this band.

(directed at Nick):
Chad's letter helped me not bash Ed so much, he took some of the venom away. I can understand the inner workings of the Live baby much better now. Even the human nature stuff. All you have is Chad, this, Chad that, Chad shouldn't do this......who the F are you? What have you accomplished in your freaking life? Have you really earned anything by sweat and guts and sheer will?

Well you just called me a complete idiot for expressing my feelings when I was asked for my opinion on a subject.

I just don't understand the point of opening about personal details of one's life in an online blog. To me there is no reason for it. How many blogs has Chad had to erase over the years? You would think some lesson would be learned on the matter.

I'm not questioning his accomplishments, I'm questioning the intelligence of opening aspects of intimate life details to strangers.

Youre a stranger to him, we're like family. We've been there for 20 years. We speak to him in this new age of technology. You've been all over him for saying what he has to say and you have to defend Ed...Let Ed defend himself if he's done something wrong.
