I like Crying Time a lot better than any other TGF song that I've heard so far. It actually isn't half bad. The chorus may be a little lacking, otherwise it would have been a great single. It is much more in line what I expected them to sound like when I first heard of the new band.

For you to actually say that must make it "THE GREATEST SONG OF ALL TIME", or at least pretty damn close.

Nah, just the style of Crying Time is more in line with music I like. It isn't loud for the sake of being loud, and Kevin isn't screaming throughout. It is a nice enough tune.

As for the song ... holy shit, I can hear Patrick playing! I'm never gonna get sick of TGF now that Pat is allowed to play bass again!

It's a pretty damn good song, but what I like about it in a backhanded way is that it hasn't grabbed me straight away, it's good but I'm not " " over it. But it's the sort of song that in 3 months time might end up being my favorite on the whole album, it has that feel.

The song was building to be something great, but it just doesn't make it IMHO. The bridge is weaker than it should be and the song just kind of ends abruptly.

That said, first TGF that I don't find completely unlistenable.

Crying Time blows every track away on Alive by a longshot! I even love Soul Whispers and Zion but it cant touch Crying Time. This song is a hit! Alive has none! Even Grace which I like but its not a hit song.
