As promised OTD, here u go, Everyone who doesn't have this blast from the past enjoy. Sorry for the delay in getting this up, technical problems, and hey, as I'm sure everyone can understand....life happens. It's been reformatted from VHS, so the quality, it is what it is. If anyone is a wiz out there and can remix the audio and repost this, that would be awesome. It's got that good old VHS hiss to it. But it's classic for sure.

Try it now, don't blame me...blame Captain Morgan and his wonderfully delicious spiced rum. Couldn't resist w/ the avatar, glad u like it. What kind of video's do u have? Is it to many to list? Should I pick a tour?

The only other thing I have to share that I haven't seen on here is the audio for this show, which isn't exactly a gem, and the audio for the Chamelon Club the last time they played there, which isn't to good as well, really hard to hear the guitars in that recording.

I tell ya man, I really dig these TGF songs, it's a sound u just don't hear. Everything is so "formula" and copy-cat now in music its just sickening. We've all heard Ed's album a million times the last 15 years without even listening to ALive once. The Fat Daddys boot quality lacks, but I can't stop listening to it. The songs come through and really stand up. But, I always liked Candlebox as well. Saw them a few times in the 90's and have to say, Kevin was a good front man, energetic, genuine and u got the overall feeling he appreciated the fans and knew how lucky he was to be doing what he does.

I agree. Everything on Sirius Octane, everyday I listen is the same sounding theme, guitars and lyricist voices. It's like hearing hard Nickelback, drum machines and Rage against the machines singer.

TGF stands on it's own merit.

Thank you sir. Props!!! love the crowd surfing in this little club.

The raw energy in these early shows is undeniable, it gives us long time fans a rush.

This is why I loved the old Live!!! These were on youtube, glad to have the files Donno!!

Glad to u hook up.

Right there is the band I fell in love with. Seeing them in a little club in DC before TC broke big will always be one of my greatest concert experiences. The energy back than was amazing. You watch that video and than think that Forever was the last thing they ever put out as Live, you'd have no idea it was the same band. An absolute tragedy.

Totally agree!! What Ed decided to do to the band, with his friends supporting him in his endeavors, he did what most power hungry egotistical bastards do.......tear it apart!!!

This is reminding me of the Starland thread...

THAT is what a crowd and a band rocking out looks like, THAT is what energy looks like.
