Chad Taylor regrets talking about break-up in public Options

By not ever mentioning his former bandmates' new project, even going so far as to say he has never listened to it?

By getting clearly agitated when an interviewer asks him simple questions about the break-up?

That is the "right approach"?

And, as OTD said, if you wish he had never written the blog post then you clearly weren't wondering why the band was splitting like most of us were.

Has it occured to you that maybe, at the time, he really hadn't heard any TGF material? Maybe he still hasn't. Its not his band anymore.

Not sure if this applies to you, but statistically speaking, it applies to a lot of people... Would you want to field questions about your recent divorce when you're busy moving on to the next step? Talk about it on your own time. Not when someone asks. He owes no one an answer. And neither do Chad, Chad, or Pat. We can be as curious as we want to be about reasons and meanings, but it doesnt mean that we are owed an answer.

the twitter potshots were childish, but did you even read Chad's blog? (rhetorical question.. dont bother answering..) part of the reason for going public was to end speculation on what was going on.. if the rumor mill hadnt started churning we likely wouldnt have gotten that emotionally raw and eloquent post from him.

1 man took it upon himself to tell the story of 4. He only succeeded in ending the speculation from his point of view.

The presence of a 'rumor mill' doesn't require a response. Chad felt that it did. And he has now apologized for his action.

Wow that is fascinating, it is neat to read the court papers... I remember thinking how cheap Ed was because he only donated $1000 to Obama (I guess he thought his presence campaigning for him was just that important). You could also look this up online with no problem which is neat.. but then I guess they probably haven't been making much income lately because the last album tanked other than mysterious bonuses....

Well I just saw Candlebox @ the Altar bar in the 'burgh.(not my first time to see Candlebox)so I know that feeling. I love to watch Kevin on stage, he's got charisma, awesome talent & a great gift. He knows how to own the stage. And I loved... Live until Ed K. acted like a jerk one time when we met him. But I still love their first 4 discs. Financially not able to hop on a plane right now, but I'm pretty sure they'll come somewhere close. Live in Erie,PA so we close to 3 major cities. Would love to see them @ the Altar Bar
