Setlist (may not be in the right order)
1. Just In Time
2. The Great Beyond
3. All Over You
4. Selling the Drama
5. Zion
6. Stand
7. The Dolphin's Cry
8. Soul Whispers
9. Drink
10. Drive
11. Heaven
12. I Alone

Encore
13. The Beauty of Gray
14. Grace
15. Rome
16. Lightning Crashes

The crowd wasn't that big, especially because I'm used to Live selling out that place. But the ones that were there were into it and I thought were very receptive to the new music particularly Stand, Zion, and Grace. I would say that the songs actually sound a lot better in concert than they do on the cd. I was really impressed with Rome, which I'm not a fan of. That was a helluva lot better and they did a little jam at the end of the song. I was pleasantly surprised on how well the Live songs sounded which was a relief. As for Ed, he was very interactive with the crowd...slapping hands, running all over the stage the entire show. For Adam fans, he has a more prominent role on stage which is nice. He was really getting into during I Alone and was the lead for Lightning Crashes. I had a great time and really enjoyed the show.

Watching Ed tonight...seeing him into the music, especially the songs for Alive and hearing how Chad, Chad, and Pat are enjoying themselves in TGF...it does give me happiness as I feel that it was the right decision to part ways. This is the way music is suppose to be and good luck to all of them.

An amazing show. It blew last years's Live show out the water with intensity. Last year, Live was going through the emotions, this year Ed and the new band seemed to actually enjoy being there. The crowd was in the 1000-1300 range, if I would guess. The fans there were really into the show and were singing loudly to all the hits. It ranks as one of the best shows I ever been to period.

After the concert, Ed met any fan who wished to stay and signed CD's and took pictures. Just a total class act.

I guess it makes sense. Play with second rate garage band musicians from Dallas who are so thrilled to be playing anything other than Dick's Strip Club that they'll accept getting fucked over and put a smile on their face and you get a more enthusiastic performance. I'm sure Ed pranced all over the place and you simultaneously farted and came in your panties when he shook his ass in his CFH lace up jeans while singing the song he wrote with Daughtry. This show fucking sucked and you know it.

Decent setlist. Good mix of Live and EK solo material.

Oh, I'm not really good at judging crowd sizes. I don't want to make it seem like there was only a hundred people or so because it was an ok size. The place holds about 2,200 people and I would guess it was around half that but I'm not really sure. I'm just used to Live selling it out, so compared to that it was kinda small. But the crowd was into it.

I disagree with Nick on the last Live show there last year. I thought that was awesome! Purifier, Gas Head, Top, Hold Me Up...it was a fantastic show

I am disappointed I missed Adam's set to open the show. Hopefully, he comes around again.

The setlist was good last year, but I felt the entire band was just going through the motions in 2009.

I met Ed in both NY and NJ this week, and both instances he was appreciative and just downright nice to his fans. He actually remembered me tonight and was took pictures with all of the members in my party. The turn-around in Ed's personality since 2004 and just been outstanding.

I would say the crowd was a little more than half, and it was the first time I was comfortable in Starland Ballroom. The fall tour will occur in under thousand person venues and should be intense!

You may be right about the number. I'm not good at judging those things. All I know is I had a great time!

I can't wait to see Ed and TGF (obviously separate shows lol.gif ) in more intimate settings in the fall.
