Why don't you pay for a personalized phone call and just ask him?

If I am correct, those singles were made availible in different countries.

They were available to me.
Most of them I walked into Sam the Record Man or Tower Records on Yonge St. in Toronto - both now gone tear.gif - and bought in person. A couple I bought in New York.
A couple of them I ordered via amazon.com or towerrecords.com

QUOTE(Hoodstock @ Jul 5 2010, 10:18 am) *

I don't think the intention was to sell multiple singles to people.

Then why make different ones at all? Why not make all the singles worldwide have them same stuff on them?

QUOTE(Hoodstock @ Jul 5 2010, 10:18 am) *

I'm assuming you gained access to them all due to international trade and shipping.

- which is different from downloading stuff online how? I actually cancelled my order of Alive for the one with the bonus cd due out July 20

QUOTE(Pokey @ Jul 5 2010, 10:50 am) *

Just because Live did it a lot too doesn't make it right...

Well, it's not that it's not right, just that I always thought it was always a bit cheeky.

Hey, I'm not complaining. No one twisted my art to make me order them. In fact, the only arm-twisting was when I persuaded my cousin to call Future Shop to put aside a special promotional single with Love My Way and 4 other songs and then go halfway across Toronto to pick it up for me. I think she stopped mentioning that circa 2002.

I'm not trying to actually justify it, I think it's shit. I'm just providing the counter agrument for conversation sake.

"Eat Your Love" is only available if you purchase the entire album on iTunes. However, you can listen to a 30 second sample which after the 1st 10 seconds sounds a bit more experimental than the other songs on Alive.

Personally, I think it would be more exciting if "A New World," was really a cover of "A Whole New World."

If anyone has "Sweet Surrender" and "A new world" and is looking to trade them for "Eat your Love", let me know and I'll buy the damn album. Afterwards we all agree to share the 3 bonus tracks to those that have purchased the album. I don't really want to support "Alive" but I want to support the community and I want stick to the companies that think regional releases are ideal.

This iTunes exclusivity, regional shit is stooopid and record companies, one again, need to get their heads out of their asses.

PS: Nick can't have "Sweet Surrender" or "A new world". He wouldn't want to steal anything, even though he doesn't have the option to buy it.

Send me a PM and/or mediafire links.

Why can New World be purchased individually? But US iTunes is Album only.

If anyone has Eat Your Love or Sweet Surrender I would appreciate it (Where was Sweet Surrender released?). I'm waiting to open my mailbox today with the anticipation that my CD will not be there on time because in the comment box when I bought it I said I wanted it on time eyebrow.gif .

I did listen to the clip of Eat Your Love (weird title by the way) on I-Tunes. I'd like to hear the whole thing but it doesn't sound like anything special.

I know some people ripped The Great Beyond but it actually sounds alright to me on I-Tunes. Can't wait to hear the track.

Ok,

Some has sent me "A New World" and as promised I have purchased and sent "Eat Your Love" to them. I have asked that person to hold onto "Eat Your Love" until one of us receives "Sweet Surrender"

I am still waiting for "Sweet Surrender" before I make "Eat your love" public. Either that, or someone to prove that it doesn't exist (I know you can't prove a negative)

And again, Nick can't have them unless he confesses his sins.
