Grace On Australian Radio Options

Power FM - Murray Bridge
Magic 89.9 - Port Lincoln

Besides Triple M and Nova I've never even heard of those other stations. Some pretty random places got their own staton. I mean really, a wangaratta station??

Its not a hit until satellite radio starts playing it and I havent heard it on any of the stations I listen too. I did hear Lakinis Juice the other day on the 90's channel.

I did hear Heaven played on Mix a few days ago at work. Thought this was unusual as they've never touched Live in there life. Thought that maybe this was the start of the push of his single perhaps?

It's up to Nova really...if Nova plays it a lot then it will do ok and the others will pick it up. It's a good radio song,no reason why it couldn't do well if it can break into mainstream radio

triple M and Nova are they only stations out of that list that anyone not living in one of those other tiny places would know about. I haven't heard it on Melb's triple M although they still play a lot of Live so I guess they'll give it a spin.

I have to say, the song does nothing for me. Bit sad about that.

I think they must be, which is kinda sad.

Agreed that it has it's best chance on Nova or Triple M ... the thing with Triple M is they're the only ones that still play Live, and really only play songs from TC. So it would just be painful hearing I Alone or All Over You and then Grace. Whilst Grace could fit on the radio ok, what to after that? Even I'll admit that Triple M could play Grace, it's their version of "rock" is. Triple M market themselves as "the station the ROCKS, now hears some ROCKIN Bon Jovi!" as if that is as hard and manly as music gets because he wears a leather jacket or something.

So once Grace has it's spin, I don't see where to from there, I can't hear any other songs from the album fitting in with what they do, none of the other songs "rock" like Grace does. So if the Triple M factory bogans listen to this on their lunch break and go "yeah man, Triple M told us this song ROCKS, I'm gonna go buy the album!" and then said bogan goes home and puts the album on and hears

"ooo lord, yeah jesus, oh baby child ooooO0oo0OoO0Ooo the light of your way, ohh yeah lord" .. well, I imagine they won't be impressed.

i see. i rarely get embarrassed but when i was asking the various stores for "Alive" buy ed kowalczyk and they say "who?", then i say the guy from live, then they say "oh you want live?", then i say "no Alive", then they say "...the guy from live is alive...?", i must admit i asked myself why the fuck i bothered.

And all of thoes within the last week.

Lucky you! We get some crap genre stations to choose from at work and they never ever play Live, old or new. Of course, part of the problem may be that they re-branded the stations and lost "90s" and "60s" (my two favourite eras) and the programmers don't seem to consider Live as "Classic Rock" or "Alternative" or "Adult Alternative". It's very frustrating.
