There was something listed in the court case as added but no scanned document:

06-23-2010 SUMMONS AND FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT

Can't guess if this is add on charges or removal/changes.

Basically the documents are filed with the court and once accepted, a summons is issued within a few weeks, which is what this is. Now EK, Levin and all parties being sued will be served this summons.

Or maybe/hopefully we're just not going to see any more of this ugly chapter of Live unfold in public. I wish the 4 of them nothing but the best in whatever they do, collectively or on their own. But I sure do hope that they'll take their dirty laundry back inside where it belongs and just let us enjoy the music.

JC, it is on the inside, this is simply public record of the courts. There hasn't been any public discussion of this and that's the way it should be.....it's only going on in here via the interweb

Can you explain? I know the previous 5/17 document was a summons, and it said they had 30 days to respond. Now the 6/23 summons came around. Do you think Ed/Levin responded to the first summons?

I'm not too familiar with New York law, but I'd guess the documents were filed with the court in May, but were not reviewed by a judge, at which point a revised summons, with a new date, was issued recently.
