Wow. You adressed me by the nickname!

I simply visited a site called iTunes.

Wanna give the song a spin?

The clips are way better on Itunes than Amazon. You get a better sense of the song. I can't wait to hear Fire on the Mountain.

Groove with me Momma,
Into the summer.

I don't even know what to say. I stopped listening to Shinedown's Diamond Eyes for this.

I'm honestly lost for words.

Its so damn depressing knowing that the same guy who wrote lyrics for Mental Jewelry, Throwing Copper, Secret Samadhi, and The Distance to Here has been reduced to writing such mindless, void of talent, and just overall shitty lyrics.

Totally. I just listened to Ghost, and now I'm spinning Turn My Head. If I think about it enough I could actually fucking cry at how things have turned out. It's utterly heartbreaking to consider how far the man has fallen. Heartbreaking.

In high school and college it was all about Live for me. Fuck, I have the Secret Samadhi mask tattooed on my right calf. I was proud to tell people it was a Live related tattoo. Now when people ask, I tell them that its the Goddess of Destruction, with no mention of Live. Its comical really. You are 100% correct, listen to some of the really powerful songs from the first 4 cds then to the garbage from the last 10 years. Its so damn heartbreaking. The lyrics and delivery is a complete joke. Really a sad situation to deal with.

I personally think this album has serious potential to be great. I like the mix of rock and ballad type songs. It was something the later Live albums have been missing.

Live's classic albums are just that classics. Instead of comparing music, you should just try to enjoy it.

Too hard not to compare. I can't listen to a man who wrote Gas Hed sing stuff like A New World without thinking WHAT THE BLOODY FUCK HAPPENED HERE?

Its hard to enjoy it when from what I've heard of it is complete trash. Its even worse when you know that for a time, Ed has amazing talent and potential. Either that all dried up, or he pissed it away. His song lyrics now are repetitive, mindless, and honestly something any idiot who can rhyme could write. His lyrics used to be deep and thought provoking, but now they're so cheesy and bland that it disgust me.

You honestly think what TGF is doing now is a quarter as good of what Live did at their best? It isn't even as good as average Candlebox.

We're not talking about TGF. We're talking about Ed.
