You are very right, mate. I got to know him online back in 2007 while I was in Holland. He does have some nice tunes and I dig his EP. Been promoting him ever since and we sometimes chat a bit. He is a very good guy.

wow ok so finally got this downloaded .. fuck it sounds awesome!

The Few blows my mind, love the riff, love the drumming, very catchy! Honest Man sounded epic like a good rock single should. Not quite the fan of Guilty Fever that some are, the vocals aren't quite my thing. REALLY like Closer, that one is just fucking bad ass. Ed's band need to listen to Lakini's Juice here because they really nailed it. Love the drumming in Silly Thing ... yeah this album is gonna fucking kick ass.

The drumming on The Few is fucking brilliant. I haven't even figured out how he played it, and it has been a long time since I've felt that way.

And yeah, Closer is awesome. The bridge of that song completely shocked me in an awesome way. Wasn't expecting that.

I was at this show in York. TGF were amazing! It was so nice to see the boys rockin' and having a great time. I LOVED the songs and I can't wait to purchase the CD.

That was actually me. I was the crazy guy that was waiting in line at noon, got to meet the band, and got a free autographed drum head from the band.

Is it just me that cringes every time they hear some bozo say repeatedly in the beginning of Silly Thing, "Pain Lies On The Riverside, it's a Live song".

To think that that ass clown got to see that show while I was trapped in the Dr's office unable to bear weight on my knee just makes me sick.

You aren't the only one. Everytime its coming, I brace myself, let out a half hearted laugh and wish pain on that idiot.

thumbsup.gif "I wish pain on that idiot" That's a riot.

You seem to like the old school stuff as well, u had posted on my Millet Hall thread, u may already have this, but if not...I posted the 92 Rhode Island Club Babyhead video recently. It's from the days of vhs, so buyer beware!!

I was suppossed to go to that TGF show at Fat Daddy's, I live in upper Harford Co in MD, so York isn't all that far from me. I went to The Strand so called homecoming show. I screwed my knee up and was sitting in the Dr's office as I was suppossed to be driving to York to see TGF, such a buzzkill. Thats why it just kills me to hear that idiot say that, they didn't deserve to be there. To bad they didn't get the knee injury instead of me!!

I'm most definitely one of the old heads when it comes to being a Live fan, even though I'm only closing in on turning 28. I prefer the old stuff, and prefer the older concerts. The energy was just so much more insane, and the quality of the music was better. We weren't subjected to the falsetto, the gay hip gyrations, or the stupid lyric changes. They played aggressive and they played their hearts out every single night. That's what I missed, it was about the music, not about the sideshow.

I saw that you posted the Club Babyhead videos, I just have not gotten a chance to download them all yet.

Yeah that Homecoming Show at The Strand was a complete joke. After paying out the ass for those tickets, I expected something special, or at the very least a very long set. Instead we got the cookie cutter 1 hr 20 mins show.

That Fat Daddy bootleg is a very good one from an amazing show, but that dumbass keeps opening his mouth throughout the show. Thank god I was up front by the speakers, or I likely would have told him to shut the hell up.

Glad to see you're appreciating what is truely the classic era of Live in my eyes. Seems like on here the people in my age range (40) are really the only ones who get behind that disc for some reason. MJ is the one for me. It's a masterpiece. You could not be more dead on with that 1st paragraph, feel exactly the same way. The shows I saw on the TC tour were just amazing.

They really jobbed us on that homecoming show. If u remember the press release promised: special suprises, possibly an acoustic set thrown in and a video history/documentary before the show. What did we get? Nada's. Their high school musical teacher on Pillar and their Mom's came out and got flowers during LC. Whoopity Fucking Doo!! For the $ we payed we all got screwed that night. And no Shit Towne after all the hype about playing it in Shit Towne, WTF!!
