dude i told you what happened earlier. the case was thrown out and the judge sentenced the lawyers on both sides to hard listening of sfbm for wasting the courts time. godamn justice system is corrupt!

they're making a movie based on the events of the trial. its called "Earnest Goes to Black Mountain: How Little Swami Followed the Money and the Power and Lost His Way". Coming soon straight to DVD. Shooting is scheduled for 2016, after some contractual hurdles are sorted out with ed's attourney.

Wow, can't "believe" (tee hee) I just stumbled onto this thread yesterday. What a scene! Anyway, the so called pot shots on here, I believe and do hope are made in jest. That's what guys do, we bust on each other, it's been in our DNA since the beginning of time. Not leaving you gals out, but us guys do tend to give each other the business more often. If they are malicious attacks, than yes, that is uncalled for. We're all passionate about this break-up and may get a little heated at times, but I would hope nobody is seriously getting personal on here.

Some people set theirselves up for these jokes. I certainly didn't mean any harm when I coined the name "Ned" for someone we all know and can't understand. And he didn't post anything angry about his new moniker because he gets it. It's a friendly, harmelss joke. Don't get me wrong, his points of view are maddening and his allegiance is very disturbing, so yeah, he gets singled out a lot by his own doing. Ned certainly takes more heat than anyone by far...and he's pretty Gracious about it...couldn't resist throwing that in! But if you can't take the friendly pot shots, than get out of the deep end and back into the kiddie pool!! You may run into someone there who is fascinated by water...and pendants...and coffee...and theirself...and about to pay a large sum of money for being a bad person to his childhood friends. He and CT were friends since kindergarten, WTF!!

The band formed then but Ed and Taylor went to kinder together so they've literally been friends since they were about 4yrs old.
