It would be nice if the realty agent listed the estimated R/E taxes.....curious to know.

$14,000 in 2009-- its all on Zillow..

which is insane.. those same taxes in NJ- dont get you much-- ~$600K home..

That's not bad! I think my parents pay close to that and their house isn't worth 2.5 mil. They only have a half-acre...i think Ed's is 5 acres?
