I agree with this. I think a lot of this could probably have been avoided if Ed did some solo albums and the other guys worked on some side projects, rather them just doing Live and Live only for 20 years.

But, band business is still a different animal from normal business, so analogies about it don't really work.

I am all across the board - professional playing, band management, booking for venues, and more recently, recording and production.
