TheTruth has arrived and it appears my reputation preceeds myself!

I can finally log into the site and share some local California gossip.

Really nice home, it would be a shame he'd have to sell it for obvious reasons.....but me thinks the local economy and situation in California is not all that healthy for real estate taxes and cost of living.

Indeed, but taxes and COL aside, now is not the time to sell a home..

the house has been on the market for almost 6 months already- and the price has been dropped once- and its valued at half of what its listed at...

Didn't Ed move here in 2002? Because of 9/11?

I remember seeing his Hollywood home of the late 90s pimped on Entertainment Tonight or some such show.
It's interest to me that I recall a figure of over $2,000,000 as the asking price for that one, but he had to take $1.8 mill.
Truly he does not seem to know when to sell.

Market is bad there, really bad.....lots of depressed prices. Certainly a nice piece of property. What a shame.

the address isnt private.. its in the real estate listing..
but go ahead and delete my post..

(and to answer the original question.. one can go to Zillow.com and type in the address to find out what the home is listed for.. etc..)
