I highly doubt that Chad, Chad, and Pat need the money. They all seem to be doing very well with their other businesses and side projects.

A settlement is a way to avoid 5 years of court costs, not always an admission of guilt. Once you get to a jury anything can happen too. Our court system is very flawed.

Ok Nick, this is true, a settlement is not an admission of guilt as it is sometimes just easier and cheaper for everyone to get a settlement. However, it amazes me that after everything that has happened you are so blind and stubborn about Ed. I have given Ed the benefit of the doubt and still praised some of his new work, not all! Some of it does suck and I hate SBFM but never theless I still supported Ed. Now this is becoming very clear that Ed really did screw his friends over and most likely his career when its all said and done. I like his music but now that it is become very obv that he is the one for LIVE's demise he is a douchbag!
