Everyone has a different bottom line. Some people can't like someone's music because that person did - or is alleged to have done - something bad.
Hmm. Sounds vaguely familiar. Now who or what could that be referring to?

I agree, and that is their choice. I do think there are far worse fan bases out there though. The thought of going to hear Ben Folds again completely turns me off because of how obnoxious his fans are at concerts. That doesn't mean I like his music any less though.

Фронтмен Live издает дебютный сольник


Фронтмен американской рок-группы Live Эд Ковальчик (Ed Kowalczyk) выпускает дебютный сольный альбом. Релиз получившего название «Alive» лонгплея запланирован в США на 6 июля (25 июня – в Европе).

Запись альбома осуществлялась в техасской студии Wire Recording при участии продюсера CJ Eiriksson. К работе над диском были привлечены барабанщик Рэми Энтуан, гитарист Джеймс Габби и басист Крис Хирлейн, а также вокалист Everclear Арт Алексакис и Ли Нэш из Sixpence None The Richer – в качестве приглашенных гостей.

«За последние два года я вышел на новый уровень креативности и счастлив предложить своим фэнам – старым и новым – разделить плоды моей любви и вдохновения, - говорит Эд Ковальчик. – Этот альбом – большое достижение для меня. И я жду не дождусь того момента, когда смогу представить его публике!».

Напомним, что летом 2009-го Live объявили об уходе в творческий отпуск. Как минимум, сроком на два года – а вполне возможно, что и навсегда. За 20 лет карьеры группа записала и выпустила семь полноформатных альбомов, последний из которых «Songs from Black Mountain» вышел в 2006-м.

Let us recall that in summer 2009- GO Of live they declared about the withdrawal into creative leave. As the minimum, with period for two years - and it is completely possible that also forever.
