I just listened to "The River" again, and its clear Epic really didn't push the song. It could be even more radio-friendly than Mystery, but it is clearly better than most on Hot A/C radio right now. I don't like Mystery's chances, unless Epic has a change of heart.

Maybe Collective Soul could let Live onto their label....it would make a lot of people on here pretty happy.

yeh thats why i voted 'SHOW' its not my favourite but i reckon they will release it as their next single, it has a good radio type intro and then moves into a nice rockin chorus.

but when will the 2nd single be released? If SFBM'will not be released before juni in USA, will we have to wait for a 2nd single till than? Or will we have released the 2nd single here outside the USA, and all the americans won't have even the album in the shops? That would maybe be weird.

It boggles my mind that so many people are picking Mystery. I think the addition of the strings killed any chance it had of being a successful single.

I agree. I also don't like Ed's vocals in Mystery either. I think "Get Ready" would do great as a single because it's a simple song that everyone could singalong to.

Get Ready would be a great choice for 2nd single. I think it would do very well on the charts. Of course you'll get some people who won't like it because of the cheese factor, but right now there's a huge audience for cheesy music. Just look at the success of Barry Manilow, who's currently topping the charts.
