Keep those videos and pics coming! I couldn't make it last night and missed out on history, SO bummed. I screwed up my knee and can't be on it, was no fun sitting in Dr's office when I should've been on the road to York yesterday. At least I'll have some TGF to listen to in the MRI machine today. Weekend and longer is messed up now. Huge BUZZKILL. Please keep the good stuff coming!!

The video was cool!!

I want to see this band on a BIG stage. Sean and Kevin will go nuts running around and jumping off of shit while Chad T. pounds a hole in the ground.

I'm just amazed how cool the band was yesterday. I honestly only arrived as early as I did, because I didn't want to miss the show. I actually expected people to arrive earlier then 5pm and for there to be a big line. I never expected the drumhead or the news to interview me. The most I was hoping for was maybe a handshake from the guys in the band. What a fortunate turn of events. Then for Gracey to give me props in the interview, it truly takes it to another level. I can't wait to get home and check it out.

I wouldn't be going to see Eddie K in the first place and certainly wouldn't wait in line. Although, if I ever pass him on the street I will tell him exactly what I think of him.

That extra interview was great! Thanks for posting that! I don't think I've heard the rest of the band talk that much since... I don't even know when! Maybe an EPK back in the TDTH days. It was most definitely the Ed show for the last 7~10 years and that really makes me sad.

I'm glad our boys are back and ready to kick some ass. smile.gif

Bring on the boot! I want to hear some tunes!

Damn this excites me and makes me sad too to think what could have been the last 10 years! I have a feeling alot of the TGF songs are music Chad and the other guys have written over the years and just now able to really polish it and make it complete. We are in a sense hearing what LIVE would have been over the last decade just with a different voice. banana.gif

... I am not bashing Kevin at all because his voice is really growing on me but can you imagine how bad ass Trecdiem would have been with Ed's lower voice! Awesome,. Definely SS material!

I'm not sure because I do think they tried to make it different than Live and Candlebox. There will probably be elements of Live, but I think its going to have a much heavier sound than Live would have had the last 10+ years.

I agree, I think it is probably more of a collaboration between all of the members including Kevin. I don't think Live would have sounded anything like TGF even if the rest of the guys did have a say over the past ten years because Ed would still have had some input. I also don't think Ed would have done a very good job on a lot of the songs that TGF have recorded as his voice really wouldn't fit the songs. Of course, I am talking about Ed's current pussy voice and not his voice of ten or so years ago.

I love the interview and hearing gracey in the background, at least I'm assuming it's gracey pounding on the drums in the background.

Ok so it's not gracey as he's in the end of the interview.
