Aaaanyway, so they played 13 originals unless I'm missing a cover in there. I'd be pretty happy with a 13 track album!

I thought I read/heard somewhere that it's 14 songs but I'm not positive.

Fuck and yes. Honestly, this show was intense. It was great to hear that the boys from York still had it in them. I cannot remember them playing such heavy music, it was very refreshing. Honestly, I can't even begin to describe just how good these new songs are. Kevin has some freaking pipes, and showed it tonight. The guys were amazing, and although I sat out there by myself all day, getting to meet them and getting that autographed drumhead was worth every minute of the sun beating down on me.

Two words: HOLY FUCK!!!!!!

That was amazing! Kevin sounded great, the songs all sounded amazing and it was so awesome to see the guys really digging what they are doing! It was a little strange hearing someone else sing Lakini's but Kevin did an awesome job and the crowd loved it! I thought I had died and gone to heaven when Taylor started stomping! This cd is going to be awesome and I can't wait to see this band live again. They are everything a rock band should be and I love it! I am sweaty, exhausted and deaf just like you should be after getting your face rocked off! That was some good shit! rockin.gif

After they left the stage, I hung around for a little then decided I was going to head home. I'm freaking beat, and I already got the chance to meet the band today. I had heard that they would be doing some signing later on.

By the way, Adam Taylor is a goofy guy, but the kid can play. It's a much different style of music, almost a little Bob Dylan. It was good though and I got to talk with him a little after his set. Nice guy.

After Lakini's Juice, the band was actually set to leave the stage for a little then come back on for the encore. Unfortunately, they couldn't get off of the stage, because the only entrance to the stage is through the crowd. Chad just looked at Gracey and said something like, "There's nowhere for us to go." So they started playing again.

Great point Heather. These weren't the same guys I had seen the last time I saw Live. The guys up there tonight were into it and having fun. Pat was back to being goofy again, and not just standing there.

At one point during a break a guy beside me yelled at Gracey, "The Glass Cage is GONE!" and Gracey just started laughing.

Amen to that! I have seen Live more times that I'd like to admit and I haven't seen the guys that happy on stage in a long ass time, Pat especially! Ahhhh it was lovely.

I got interviewed for the paper too. I can't wait to see if they mention me tomorrow! It was so nice to see that the media was making a big deal out of this.
