At least they rethought the only obscure Live/Candlebox nonsense. You have to play crowdpleasers like Lakini's Juice and Far Behind!

I love what I've heard from TGF, but it still feels kind of weird with someone else singing Lakini's Juice, doesn't it?

To new beginings.

I meant it. It makes sense to do crowd pleasing songs not just obscure material. I didn't mean it as an insult.

You will hear them do some obscure stuff where Kevin's voice can fit the heavier Live songs.

No. Just seeing the picture and the setlist, along with being drunk, made me yearn for the days of yore.

Cool. I might be going to the hospital with my wife later tonight or tomorrow so I am homebound.

There is no way this went unrecorded. The band probably got a recording of this at least.

Funny that I had the exact opposite reaction to Far Behind. I think Lakini's Juice is a good Live song for the band to do, but there are far more rocking Candlebox tunes that would be "crowd pleasers" too ("You," for example).

I'm going to hope that choice was a matter of convenience and because it was fun for the guys. Of all songs, I'd hoped they would skip "Far Behind" and "Lightning Crashes" since they are the iconic two.

And all that without even touching this silly "crowd pleaser" vs. "obscure" debate.

Aaaanyway, so they played 13 originals unless I'm missing a cover in there. I'd be pretty happy with a 13 track album!
