Great review that, spot on about Pearl Jam - 2006's self-titled album was pretty damn good and 2009's Backspacer was even better - like TDTH it is truly uplifting and full of positivity (without sounding lame and corny with lines like "think of the booo-dah...")

PJ have done right what Live/Ed did oh so wrong...

Need to call attention to the Songs From Charred Mtn: This guy is obviously an Ed soldier.

I'm guessing if they fought it then the end if live would have come much sooner and they didn't want that. The point is in the end they made a stand. Ed didn't have to stop them, just refuse to write with them.
