I sadly report that Chad Gracey's dad has passed away. Per Chad Taylor on facebook. sad.gif

I wish to convey my condolances to Chad G, his family and the extended Live family.


Chad Taylor: Please say a prayer for my dear friend Chad Gracey and his family. His father and a close family friend of mine has lost his battle with cancer. (2 hours ago)

That sucks, condolances tithe Gracey's. Dude was pretty instrumental encouraging the guys in the early years apparently.

my condolances to the gracey's and friends of the family. I lost my dad to cancer 2 years ago, it sucks at any age to lose a parent.

Why would that really interest you?

Take DM. When Fletcher's dad died last May, Dave Gahan did not pay a visit. So what? And Deeche Mode have been around since 1980, most of them acquainted even before.
More than that, they are still together.

I'll be thinking of the Graceys today. It's such a shame, and so soon after the birth of Phoenix. It's sad to know that he won't get the chance to meet his Grandfather. It's a terrible terrible thing, that's for sure.

If anyone sees anything about making a donation in his memory, please post it up. I know that I would be interested, and I'd bet that I'm not alone.
