Railo leaving was the problem?? Hilarious.

That was the last good decision the band made, except for splitting of course.

This Erik guy needs to brush up on his Live history. Railo did not leave after The Distance To Here tour. He remained with the band during the recording of V and subsequent tour. In fact Railo was a major contributor to the sound of V that Erik seems to despise so much.

I'd be interested to know which 3 tracks from V he thinks were written for TDTH...

I'm guessing Overcome was one of them as we already know about that one being around before V. The other 2 .. no idea.

His analysis is hilarious though haha the other guys "phoning it in" for SFBM, the writing credits are all to Ed so there didn't seem much for the other guys to do but play the phoned in music that was written for them.

quite sure "Nobody Knows" was one as well, as they performed the song in 2000 already. Not sure tho.

yes, Railo leaving was the true reason, seriously!

He came back in 2008 to do some shows with them, but than he mysteriously left again, Chad said "Don't do drugs!!!" and from than everything was lost!

I don't think so, according to Ed it was written here in Australia whilst they were on the TDTH tour in 2000 ... but then again we know how Ed is with the truth, so..

I'm pretty sure I had a live recording of this song at least a year or 2 before V came out. Though that doesn't really exclude it from being written for V. Pff thank god that song wasn't on TDTH.

Im not sure I can believe that statement. I saw it on tv too, the body language didn''t indicate he was really on the level. He was uncomfortable answering and wanted it to slide......We shall see!!!

That's what I mean, can't trust Ed! hehe.gif

But then again, we can't trust Chad either according to Nick, I mean he posted a completely and utterly fabricated story about Ed screwing them over online, when all Ed was doing was taking that extra money and his lead singer bonus to save starving African children ........ right??
