Last week we played Voodoo Lady in our setlist. It's the second show we ever did, so all feedback is welcome! Hope you enjoy this one:

My band has yet to cover Live, but, eh what the hell. If the ZMan can do it so can I! Oh, and I'm playing drums on all of these so be nice.

Here is a recent rendition of "Bullet with Butterfly Wings." Shit quality, and the ending is hilarious since I threw my sticks, but this show was hella fun:

This is a over two year old version of "Paranoid Android" that is pretty good, we didn't nail it but hey it was over two years ago.

Sorry again for not doing any Live, maybe I'll convince them one of these days! I worked on a really mellow version of Iris on piano for the contest a couple of years back but I never finished it, maybe someday?

Oh and if you like these you can download our album for free at thefiretonight.bandcamp.com, we've got a new one dropping soon that is ten times better but the old one pretty cool.

Alright I am going to go cleanse myself after that whorish self-promotion... heynow.gif

It's still downloadable from here:

Maybe in the next few days we'll have a youtube movie online.

I only just saw this, I would consider myself a pretty harsh critic, but this was actually pretty damn cool! It certainly has a "clunkier" sound than I'd go for, but that gives it a sound more in line with the vocals which works ... I like that the vocalist (you?) didn't try to push your voice *too* much out of your range like a certain bald headed singer often does.

edit: and by bald headed singer I wasn't having a go at my Dad here, it was Ed himself tongue.gif

Nice!! Not sounding exactly like Live's version, but maybe that's what I liked about it. Anyhow, VERY good.

NICE!! I really liked the Pumpkins cover. Too bad the quality wasn't very clear, but you could still sense very good that it ROCKED!
