Well as a few of us guys have said, he doesn't care about meeting us backstage because we don't have boobs so why should he want to do anything at all that caters to guys. I think this whole thing could be part of the EK's plan to get some Christian chicks into bed.

I hadn't actually heard DWLF before and I went and found it on another thread and listened. I don't know if I'd want a lot of it, but it's an interesting departure. It reminds me of the track Ed did on "No talking just head" years ago. (That song was written with the sacred Jerry Harrison) It's got a poppy hook, so what?
There's a certain unpleasant homophobia and misogyny to some of the comments here and on the original thread for which Ed's song is only the excuse.

Damn it! Now I'm afraid that The EK ruined Silent Night for me forever. I just heard the song on the radio and all I could think of was the crazy-eyes, grinning EK version of the song with the wink at the end. I couldn't purge that visual from my mind.
