I thought this too before you said it.

To me, the split is a terrific thing. I wasn't proud of Live and wouldn't play them for my friends mainly because it was pop trash. Music needs to have passion and Ed was/is too happy and content to write anything worthwhile.

i'm chronically disgruntled (or highly irkable) - i sadly think 42 counts as middle aged.. and happen to be a wife (in addition to a ton of other things..) and i vote HELL YEA

Pokey really said it best about the mercy killing.. but more than anything i'm thrilled to see the boys making their own music and me thinks that the breakup will only fuel their passion to rawk- so bring it on TGF rockin.gif

i will casually tune in to what da EK is up to, but honestly, everytime i think about what ed might be tweeting i vomit.gif

Im sad they split. It means never ever Live in concert.( A few minutes ago The Dolphins on Dutch radio and then i realised i`m not gonna hear it life ever again cry.gif )

I wasn`t really happy with their music the last few years but..... a fan is a fan and i`m gonna miss them terribly.

Ed`s voice is quite unique and for me it would be great>>. the music from TGF with Ed om vocals

but it aint gonna happen, i know
