I LOVE this. thumbsup.gif thumbsup.gif happy.gif thumbsup.gif omg.gif thumbsup.gif

Kevin sounds like Axel Rose meets Humble Pie. The band sounds like Led Zep/Black Sabbath. I would pay to see this.

EDIT: In the beginning, Kevin sounds like ACDC.

Still posted on the Dutch LIVE website. According to the copy, they worked a deal with Chad to keep it posted.

"Vandaag heeft Chad Taylor een eerste nummer van The Gracious Few op facebook gezet. Het nummer, Appetite genaamd, was maar heel even te downloaden maar wij hebben 'm te pakken weten te krijgen. Om te luisteren klik je rechts onder de foto op de player."

I actually feel good about not sharing the file. I won't upload the music out of respect for the band. I like the sound that much. strawberry.gif

I personally like Zion better. I've never been a fan of classic rock, so Appetite really doesn't fit into a genre of music I would listen to. However, I'm glad that some others like the song.

Yeah I agree with that, though I'm not too interested in Zion either. Think the whole 'Classic Rock' thing is a bit before my time...

The guys said it wont sound like Live. I don't know why youre expecting that. They have 2 guitarists and I like the orginal sound. I do think there will be some tracks with some Live elements.

Wrong, he said it would sound like EARLY Live.

He does sound like Brian Johnson - love ACDC but not sure if I want someone else to sound like them. Not a fan of the electronic stuff at the start but it gets better and better.

Bit more excited now to hear more of their stuff.

Where do we donate to the coffee fund now? Cause I don't want to buy the shit.

I think he has the Robert Plant thing going nicely there.

Hey it's not Live and its not Candlebox. I think this album will rock. Are you going to offer a review?

Kevin.... Kevin.... do Back In Black! rockin.gif

I'm glad we've finally had a full song to hear. I'm with Deku on this one though. Both Appetite and Zion are well put together songs with great vocals, but they both lack originality or have successfully managed to put a new twist on genres done to death. So once again, meh.

Just listened to it over and over and if I did not know who the artists were, then I would have said def ACDC - you're right Senghe, lacking originality. I like it though lol.gif

There's nothing wrong with it lacking originality if the song appeals to you. thumbsup.gif There's loads of stuff I like that is trite, unoriginal bollocks and I know it, but I still love the bands and songs dearly. Not this one I'm afraid, but maybe other TGF tracks, you never know.
