I think he means he only has 3 left to lay vocals down on and then he's done all 14..

Love the sound. I am very happy to keep hearing new riffs filled with guitars......no keyboards and other electronic gadgetry!!!

I'm running out of patience. Another 15 second clip of very average 90s alt rock sounding geetar. This all sounds as simperingly give the bone idle niche audience you still have bothering to listen exactly what they want as your old friend Eddie K does.

For fuck's sake. Unless they want to go down as a prologue to history as what the old backing band of the bald bloke that did that I Alone song instead of retiring with some dignity intact, they need to pull their collective drawers up.

It's all find and dandy for people to lick arses and say how wonderful a few disjointed seconds are and that it's all "gonna rock", but a contrary opinion and you're telling me I'm angry and should keep it to myself?

Who died and made you either the thought police or the board moderator?

Thats the spirit!!! Youre beating them for giving us samples. They'll give us a song when they're ready.

No, I'm beating them for giving me shit samples (you are perfectly entitled to have a wank over them in excitement if you like) when they've spent months bigging themselves up.

Someone should string the audio from these samples together so we can pretend we have a full song.

Jesus H. Christ, what the fuck did you people do before the Internet? Seriously we are fucking lucky that they are even releasing sound bytes to us. They could just record the entire album and wait until the release date and just assume that we are still fans and will buy their shit. That's what used to happen.

For fuck's sake, take a pill and get over it! I sometimes miss the days of pre-Internet when you were waiting with baited breath for your favorite band's new vinyl album to drop and you were so lucky if you heard a song play early on the radio (that's right, the fucking radio). Getting backstage was harder back then and it was like a prize possession if and when you did. Times were so much more awesome!

Youre welcome. Yes the days before the internet, getting what we get today is like candy.

I'll take the samples, thanks TGF. I am most appreciative. thumbsup.gif

Some people today are so fucking spoiled with all they can get,, technology, especially.

I remember the days of going to get new releases at midnite when a local record shop would open to promote the latest hot new releases. I always loved to hear a new song before a band released the album.

Anyone remember when Live had the studio webcam when they recorded TDTH? I think its the same place the TGF is now.

If there's a newsgroup for "If the cap fits, Out To Dry should wear it" you're reputation precedes you to a magnitude I never expected.

The only messy thing round here I have an issue with is a nascent band that has spent time having two of the members bitch about a former member of their former band. That I did have an issue with.

And as for all the rambling "I remember when all this was fields" lecture about vinyl albums and waiting, oh do spare me. I'm probably the same age, if not older than the pair of you. If a band decides to put previews and teasers out because there is a medium now to do it, which I think it a fantastic thing, then that's great and a step in the right direction. However, it seems quality control can be an issue with some bands. And if you put yourself out there in such a medium, people are bound to react and it's not always going to be with positivity. So far all I've heard is several excerpts that have not lived up to the band's own hype.
