I can still see the tweets (though they are protected.)

TGF will hire our publicist soon and launch the website with new logo and band pics! @skoop these are for u!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!about 18 hours ago from web

both CT and CG have now locked and protected their twitter accounts. that means that if you werent following them before, you cant follow them now unless they approve you.

and to answer Crazy's question.. no- you cant get someone's email from twitter, unless they are foolish enough to post it in their profile

Im gonna ask Ed wtf happened when I see him @ the Sherman(NOT JK!)...got 2 Back Stage passes...actually, it would be the "last" thing I would want to discuss .."it really doesnt matter to me what happened/what views/what religions.".got to just "respect" all of them since they are my favs..I played with my guitar player for 2 years now and we get into it over this & that..and it has got somewhat ugly..so imagine 20 + years....just let it go I say people.....if and what comes out..then what?? yes we all care and are curious...but I hope it never comes out....best to all of them! kicking.gif

Even if you would ask, I doubt you'd get any straight answers. Sooner or later it will come to light I guess.

I am not sure I would bring up anything LiVE to ed.

When I had the meet and greet, I had my well loved line notes from TDTH with me for him to sign, I asked him if he would mind signing it and he didnt say a thing. Just signed and smiled.

Chilly reception, to say the least. If I had to do it again, I would leave the line notes at home.

Sounds like both camps have issues, as I think we've all suspected. Creativity and over-control don't mix - so if any one person (Ed I suppose) is/was restricting the creative process, you get what you've got - a series of bland albums.

That being said, the "blandness" is relative. Taken on their own, there is plenty I like about BOP and V, and a few from SFBM. It's just that it's not the Live I completely fell for in the 90s. So the 2001-2009 era seems less creative and enjoyable compared to that, but by itself, isn't so bad.

What a wonderful thing Live was. Looks like it's time to grow, though.

I've been to at least twenty aftershows and Ed doesn't like to speak much, if at all. I think it's to protect his vocal chords post show.

LOL....ok. I have met other lead singers and they are the most cordial and appreciate meeting their fans~the only reason he is where he is.

Case in point...Brent Smith of Shinedown, Jesse of 10 Years, Lzzy Hale of Halestorm and imho, they work out their vocal chords a bit too, yet they have time to talk and converse.

Brent Smith FTW. Awesome guy. I was really nervous to meet one of my heroes, but he turned out to be a wonderful chap. Cool.

CG blocked me from Twitter. I had sent him a reply saying "Wow...that wasn't very gracious!" so he blocked me. Cracks me up! I guess he can dish it but he can't take it! That wasn't even a horrible reply. It's kind of sad though....since I am a very loyal fan. Definitely not a way to keep your fans, especially in a time like this.

Brent Smith from Shinedown only sings some of his songs in concert, therefore he can afford to use his voice afterwards.
