I saw one of the later shows with Michael "Railo" Railton in Columbus, Ohio and to say the least a the guy look a little worse for wear. If I remember correctly Chad T posted something about his departure on Twitter. He was obviously dealing with some inner-demons, I believe that him leaving the tour was for his health. I was never too fond of the keyboard play in +LIVE+, but I wouldn't wish any ill will towards Railo, hope he is doing better.
